Danny OKleasky <danokleasky@gmail.com> Sun 10/18/2020 6:42 PM To: Palazzo, Robert; The boys cross country team competed in dual meet action on a cool damp morning on Saturday 10/17. After a night of heavy rain, the course at E.G. high school was soaked and swampy. The boys beat Pilgrim and narrowly lost to a competitive EG team by 3 points. Jr's Cooper Michaud and Nick Mott lead the charge for Classical finishing 2nd and 3rd impressively running pr's on a wet course. Jr Wade Deshaw and freshman Lucas Hurtado also finished in the top 10 for the race. Rounding out classicals top 7 were sophomore Kay Thay, freshman Micah Santow and Jr Henry Tremblay. The XC team is back in action next Saturday 10/24 @ Roger Williams Park facing Cranston East & West and Johnston.
